'The Nazgûl had formidable blades made out of Morgul steel, a terrible ore found here in the Vale. I have seen the Dead in Minas Morgul, wielding those same blades. You know as well as I that these dangerous weapons must be destroyed. Let us search the Circle of Sorrow for such weapons and dispose of them.'
